Tourism Management
The key parameters of the brain capital tuition financing concept for Tourism Management are as follows:
Half of the tuitions fees of currently 25,800€ are covered by a development fund of brain capital.
Thus, studies can be pursued with a significantly lower burden of tuition or interest payments. Participants also benefit from an extensive coaching and counseling program.
In return, supported students commit themselves to make income-dependent payments upon graduation. This payment constitutes 7,5% of the gross income for a period of ten calendar years.
If in any year the income falls below 25.000€, the redemption obligation is ceased for the respective year. This can occur if the student e.g. continues his academic education (MSc, MBA, doctoral studies/PhD), is on a parental leave or founds a company. Then however, the payment obligations are shifted by 1 year. After 20 years, the repayment obligation terminate entirely.
There are limits for both the maximum annual payments and the maximum cumulated payments. Moreover, the payments are reduced in case of a certain academic performance. In case of a dropout, the support granted is transformed into a fixed repayment obligation which can be redeemed in several installments.
Also a partial financing of the tuition fees by the brain capital model is possible.
